Monday Morning Penang Hill Hiking Group
Every Monday morning at 8.30am, the Penang Hill hiking group meet in the car park, by the juice bar, on the road to the Botanical Gardens. The group is made up of mainly ladies and the occasional brave gentleman who are all ready and eager to hike the steep paths of Penang Hill. All you need are a pair of good walking shoes and plenty of water to keep you hydrated.
The hikes usually take about two hours and at the end you can reward yourself with a nice fresh juice from the juice bar. Everyone is welcome to join the group regardless of age and fitness.

Penang Tuesday Morning Running Group
This group meets every Tuesday morning at 8.30am at the car park in front of the Juice Bar on the way to the Botanical Gardens. Everyone is welcome regardless of age and fitness levels.
Runs include the large, middle or small loops of the Botanical Gardens, Youth Park and Jesselton Area and the Moon Gate Steps up to 5th station. Whether you are running for fun or are training for a competition, the Tuesday Morning Running Group will help to motivate you.
The runs usually last for about one hour and finish with a delicious and refreshing juice at the juice bar.

Wednesday Evening Swimming Group
This swimming group is not for beginners, but for people who want to improve their stamina for swimming longer distances, such as training for a triathlon. They meet every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm at Permata Sports Complex swimming pool, 19 Lintang Paya Terubong 1, Bandar Baru, Air Itam,11060, Penang. Entrance fee for the pool applies.

Acroyoga Weekly Jam
Acroyoga is a form of physical exercise which combines elements of acrobatics and yoga. They meet twice weekly.
